I'm a newer player. I've only ever bought players off ratings, never chemistry. Lets say I run an air raid. Is it worth sometimes getting a slightly worse 96 if they are air raid, and the 97 is a pro style?
Thank you!

Now that overalls are higher and I feel like I have some end game players I'm starting to unload on team chemistry.
I haven't done playbook chems. I'm more into players names and I have more fun with that than matching up players I don't care about with chemistry. It does seem pretty important if you're dedicated enough to it.

My inner geek wants to say they are very important, however this is my experience:
I create a recommended lineup by best team overall every so often just to see where the computer puts players different than me. For example they may put a DT at edge and his OVR will boost. Anyway, in creating those lineups, the computer doesn't put in the strategy items or put all 50 of my Virginia Tech players in the lineup. There's been several times where I forgot to put the strategy items in and fix my theme team and here's the reality: I didn't notice a difference in game. No strats, no abilities, and no +1 speed and I didn't notice.
So while my inner geek says they are very important, my experience says not so much. Lol
Hope that helped somehow. ✌️
