How do you get the upgradeable Westmoreland player?

I have a bunch of tokens and did all of the challenges but was never given the upgradeable Westmoreland player.

I just got the game a week ago....Was he only given out if you purchased by a certain date?

He was the welcome pack in player. Sorry to say you may not get him. The promo started weeks ago.

Sucks man. Don't sweat it though. Plenty opportunity to get another edge rusher, promise. Just play it safe and stack coins right now. We just hit 87 champs.
