I thought last years game lived up the the hype. Definitely had issues as all games do but it had a fun had a college vibe and I enjoyed it. But I feel like this years game really took a step back. I feel just the basics really got worse. Catching on offense and defense IMO is a issue. Tackling is a issue. The movement overall feels worse to me. Maybe I’m just getting to old to hang lol was just curious on other’s opinion.
The way they treat their customers ruins it big time. I've been auc ion house banned and coin wiped for 3+ weeks now for a false "coin distribution" penalty. There's far too many people with this issue for them to continually remain silent.
def a step back from last year
Honestly it's a video game i dont see anything wrong with the game itself.
If you play H2H games thats were you run into complaints. Players constantly exploit the game. Over and over. Can EA fix exploits probably not. REMEMBER ITS A VIDEO GAME.
I you want to play something more realistic. Get off your couch go to the park join a real weekend league.
My problem with EA is ultimate team not the actual game play. EA is greedy they dont have any respect for the casual customer. I have no problem wasting money on Ultimate Team. To randomly bann customers and essentially erase what they put into Ultimate Team. I have no reason to cheat the system EA put in place. I have never cheated the game. Although i am currently banned in Ultimate Team.
Anway if you spend in Ultimate Team just know. You are a random bot away from being erased. I have know idea why a company would run this way. I guess they make so much they can just erase a good% and not miss a beat.
My only real complaint this year is how defense feels impossible if you're not sending crazy blitzes. The amount of times my opponent throws right at my DBs face and they don't react at all is infuriating.
They are simply ramping up the abilities. You’ll see players catch and tackle better as abilities are dropped making them must have for you to open your wallet. They do the same in fifa and madden. Simple shit doesn’t work til you have an ability.
I hate abilities, but they aren't really a wallet mover in most cases.
Now, this last rush where the ultimate LTDs weren't better, they just had better abilities is the exception. That said, I haven't noticed an ability yet,so I think people are getting conned paying over 1M for an ability bump.
A definite step back from last year. I played 25 until the day 26 came out. 25 needed tweaks but they overhauled too much. The amount of players getting away with bad reads is ridiculous. The chuck it up catch rate getting 99 CIT is too high of a percentage. The defense dropping too many INTs and taking bad angles. The offensive line blocking is atrocious. I used to love running the ball last year like 70%-30% run/pass ratio. It’s the exact opposite this year. The oline will literally have a guy right in front of them and you look at the preplay run fits and a guy directly across is not going to be blocked. I shouldn’t have to make adjustments for common sense.

Agreed. Game play seems more realistic, but unexplainable overthrows, and too may drops are really frustrating. I've had really good pack luck this year, so some good quality players, but 88s still play like 81s sometimes

Last game of college ball I watched there were plenty of DBs with bricks for hands, missed tackles and overthrows lol. Maybe it’s too realistic

Exactly what I'm saying
Last year felt like OLD NCAA mixed with the new stuff they implemented through since the game went on a hiatus. this year it just feels Madden with college uniforms. In all honestly if they released the same game as last year with the minor tweaks i would have been completely fine with it.
the team building part of the game is still lacking.

Realest shit ever bro u have to run Texas 4 man and an insane blitz to get stops and it’s just skill less and not fun
