I dont understand what this trait actually means. other than mmg jokes abt white guys
I believe it just means that player won't give up on the play. I feel like I notice it the most on defensive lineman. If a dlineman has no high motor, he doesn't hustle as much once he gets off his block like a guy who has high motor does.
I think it means taking plays off. I prefer to only run people with high motor. Especially on my O-Line, on a long drive, for people without a high motor, seems like they just give up

It’s basically what everyone has said already, but specifically for DLine, if they don’t have high motor and their first pass rush trait fails, they won’t try another one. And since most people don’t user the DLine, you absolutely want that if you want to generate any pressure. It might matter less now with most of these players having high ratings, but it’s just something I avoid.
