Having trouble playing national championship

Has anyone else experienced putting your token in and then sitting on the screen to play the game and it finds your opponent and then it sits there for 15 minutes and does nothing just flashes college football 25, I mean, I worked my butt off to get these tokens and can’t play the game to get the plus one card. This is BS
