I'm not sure what qualifies as a 'gadget' play but from the playbook notes I've taken over the past few months Bowling Green, Rice, and Western Kentucky all have gadgets in their playbooks.  Now if Gadget means trick plays I don't know if Cal's playbook can be beat.
