Free to play = DDA

I’m tired of being insulted by EA. I’m a long time paying customer, however, about done giving them my money.

DDA cranked up more this weekend. I literally had an extra point blocked by a 72 overall corner. I blew out the opponent, however, its the principle. 

When I win a lot of games, I begin playing the AI the game(DDA) not my opponent. Each game is a surprise to what level the Tower of Valor I’m going to play this time.

For everyone that is going to tell me DDA is not real…… the game has programmed ability to adjust your players skill different than your opponents. Play the tower or even different modes in solo battles to see this.

Only question left….. would EA put this in head to head to get more money? If you say DDA doesn’t exist you are saying they are prioritizing honor over money. 🤭😆

If you drop a pic or two, you can gaurantee the next plays are TDs. I had 3 fumbles in 2nd half (while on conservative). 91 cooper broke 3 tackles on 1 play (with tackling on conservative)

DDA has been around for ages. If you think ”well why would ea put dda in competitive modes where the whole point is to build THE ultimate team” 

the reason is to retain a wider customer base so maybe lil Timmy will finally go and get moms credit card to buy packs and get better players.

This has been my experience in the last couple of months. CFB seemed to have less DDA then the last 5 Maddens, until the content started dropping.

I agree with the why they do it. My biggest problem is DDA seems to be in most of the games now. Either for or against. It use to have a smaller probability.

I seem to win all the way until playoffs in the highest tier. Then lose the playoffs, lost half my games next season and start back at the Heisman tier.

DDA is an algorithm. it activates fully or partially when certain thresholds are met. it is heavily ELO and ovr dependent. Meaning if you match up with someone with lower ELO and lower ovr than you, you will see it the most. It’s that shit when you have a 95 ovr team playing a 90 ovr with terrible scheme, making moronical reads but getting away with it and scoring in the most absurd ways or after dropped INTs. Oh and of course the speed rating gets equalized meaning your 96-97 speeds will be hawked by 89 speeds. It seems like all attributes and abilities get put on equal field, except all the 50/50 plays will not go your way. Only way to play this is conservative. And if EA admits this exists, UT mode will effectively come to an end.

That’s really well put. I wish it was advertised on the screen. Handicap is set at XX%.

I hate the false sense it gives some of these people. I spend half of my time Comm banned, which is my preferred status, so I don’t have to listen to people.

Also, I wish EA had a sense of transparency to me as a customer. I could deal with “SCREW YOU JERK” after a bull crap play. Then I wouldn‘t feel crazy all the time.
