Does anyone else run flexbone as their main offense on this sight. Lmk

I use to, but the inconsistency with the option pitch really sets that offensive scheme up for failure.
It can be nearly impossible to defend that offense when executed at a high efficiency. I just couldn’t handle the random qb option pitch to the rb that goes 30 yards behind the line of scrimmage.

The pitch is the only problem I run into, but yeah

Frfr, it could be meta if it didn’t exist
there's 2 different pitches. I find using the hold button one will go to your RB even when in tackle animation. the tap button only works if you do it early. like if there's a breeze of contact when you tap it's going and not to the back. didnt really try option king but I'm sure it helps alot

Option king barely helps at silver and below, and I basically only use the hold pitch, they have about the same accuracy while holding increases the speed immensely

that sucks. it definitely a issue when a random wild pitch can really put you in a hole like with the option. I run and shoot so I only got some regular and speed options so I don't use like a regular play. I use them like a change up or after I've thrown enough that they pass commit and it's clear real-estate. I would say I pitch on the speed options 80% of the time and with the quick pitch I've fumbled every time even with no contact. since then I've only strong pitch and haven't had issue other then a TFL. from what ive seen if you hold the pitch button even through a tackle the ball will hit the mark. there is a chance when you hold pitch for a long time the it comes out slower killing the rbs momentum so that's another issue, but one that's acceptable if your not reading right. but that's the extent of my knowledge of those types of option plays. hopefully this helps in some way

Ngl, doesn’t matter much, I average 8 yards on the option each time. Only way to stop it is corner blitzing and luck. The bad pitch sucks to live with. But at least once a game you break off 40+ yard runs. You need to get inside the user and outside the next defender and then you are gone. Wish they fixed it but option kinda broken to begin with (especially after pulling Reggie Bush)
The bad pitch is a blessing.
