Is there an entity like the Federal Trade Commission or BBB to report what EA is doing to its customers right now by wrongfully taking in game currency and banning from the auction house especially after spending as much as a lot of us have?

You can open a ticket with support at help.ea.com. You can also take them to arbitration per the game TOS. Those are your only recourses. Going to lock this before it gets out of hand, and since your question has been answered.
