Anybody know what these tokens are used for? I have 5 of them and can't figure out what I do with them. No sets for them, no upgrades or anything in the store.

Mine did. I pulled two. The first one went in the last upgrade spot on Rabbit. It just said "Hatch Upgrade Token" . Both of them. I have one extra in my binder that I might just sell for the 200 eggs. Now as to whether they work in Rabbit's first four slots I couldn't tell you. But it definitely worked in his last one for me. ✌️

For the first 4 upgrades for Rabbit Evans you need to use the Upgrade tokens bought in the store. His final upgrade can only be done with the Hatch Upgrade Token.

Ahh, cheers - and oops I guess. I tried to use it to upgrade him but it didn’t work (of course he had more than 1 to go).

In the store, there's a tab called the hatchery. You can buy egg containers for golden eggs. They'll open up and give you an Egg Locker. When opening the lockers, you have a chance of getting a few things in them, one of them being the Hatch Upgrade token for Rabbit Evans.
You can get golden eggs by quickselling eggstravaganza champs, heroes, and elites.
