First of all, I know this isn’t the ea forums nor a customer service place. I’d rather ask the community before I delve into the horrible actual customer service.
Upon trying to boot the game up I’m met with a screen that says “trial is over etc please log into the profile that downloaded the trial to resume play.” I have Xbox ultimate, and I have my brother that shares games with me. But I just cannot get past this screen and therefore cannot play the game at all. I did some of the troubleshooting and it lets me in 20% of the time. Though after playing a game/challenge the same screen pops up. Am I just fucked?
