still not sure how do ranksgiving works. do i just keep playing in hopes of getting him pulled in a pack since you cannot buy him

Brooks is not in packs.
Assuming nothing has changed in the Ranksgiving Weekend event, you'll be placed into a group of 3 competing to see who gets the most "Ranksgiving Points." Each time you complete a Ranksgiving H2H event game, they show you how many points you just received, and what your current ranking is.
If you finish 1st, you'll receive the 92 version Monday morning.
