Drops not working?

It’s been over 2 weeks now and I have not gotten a single drop in CFB or Madden

About 3 or 4 weeks of not getting any of the claimed drops for me as well

Guess they don't ever plan on addressing this? I will never be able to earn Crabtree now or get what I deserve

This is so frustrating, I've been playing for years and have never had an issue rcvng my Twitch Drops almost immediately...As loyal to the brand as possible,I have had the same account for years, both Madden & CFB...I just don't get it...
