Does Mobile Resistance Even Work?

I have tried platinum mobile resistance on taylen green and now justin fields and not once have i ever seen it light up while evading pressure. Does this ability even work? Ive tried multiple different situations trying to get mobile resistance to light up and work, and it has never shown to work…

i use “classic” style passing

I use just placement passing and I also have never seen it light up. I couldn't get mobile deadeye to light up for RG3 either.
