Does Jammer work?

Everytime I have it on I never get animations… I have gold jammer on Ramsey, I’ve got the animation like 1 out of every 10 plays and the opponent doesn’t have traits on the WR. any suggestions, and I’m also pressing every play

I get the CBs have to be aligned with the WRs but I make sure they are before every snap and still nothing
