I know alot of guys have this issue. I got the welcome pack today, but still no card. EA has no chat available. They suck

I never got mine either. I did start a chat with EA and they said opened a case. We'll see what happens. This game has potential if they treat it like Madden 25. A Halloween promotion might be a good start. Excuse me for getting off topic.

Still haven't received my Xavier Restrepo card. EA HELP says the issue was resolved so they are no help. Anyone at CFB.FAN that could alert EA DEVS that the issue is NOT resolved for a lot of users would be greatly appreciated.
