Does hammer increase your chances of causing fumbles and if it does by how much?(I haven't forced a fumble in a week h2h and i don't use it)

I see linebackers get Legion does that boost them aswell or just dbs?

I'm not an expert on abilities but in the descriptions only the Platinum Hammer mentions increased fumble (if timed perfectly)

Thanks for the info put a couple of plat hammers and gold that turn plat with legion, I'm now averaging a forced fumble a game.
