As a parameter: I don't want to see guys who got a decent upgrade but it's since been outpaced. I'm talking guys who's cards are below 84 or their best card is green/blue base setn

[Also I'll note Haynes King didn't have a great year throwing the ball before he injured his shoulder and then he missed a couple of games, and when he came back hecould barely throw the ball (I mean he was perfect passing in 2 games but any play that needed a pass thrown more than 2 yards down field was made by our backup).  I get why he didn't get something sooner. He's still an absolute beast running the ball (which you can't do with the one card he does have) and he was throwing dimes against uga, I feel like surely he gets something before the content stops for CUT 25 (just not sure when or if I'll be happy with it's stats lol).]
