Zigs & out routes to wideouts. Comebacks to the WR cook 2 Man. You can even hit corner routes with a Smash concept.
Man coverage in general struggles against legal pick concepts. Rub routes out of Stack WR sets. Mesh underneath will often cause defenders to get lost in traffic.
Hit your HB in the hole on an angle route.
If you have time and getting good pass pro: deep crossing concepts, sluggos, and out & ups can turn into huge plays.
In 2 Man, the safeties are deep and the corners and LBs are manned up with their assignments with their back to the ball, so you can also run 4 Vert, let them get downfield, and then gash them with a big QB scramble.
Also, think about ways you can use motion from your WRs to get a free release.
