Working my way through a final run in the CPU event to get enough to buy my last reg XL locker

I hope I'm wrong, but I have a feeling they won't have any players drafted after top-5 in lockers. I expect them to include some more drafted players in Friday's draft release.

My guess is they follow last year where the XLs will only contain one of the top 5 draft picks, then the other locker types could contain any player from any promo with the base ovr the locker contains (ex. L = 97+)

I got very lucky last year hitting 3 top 5 players in the S/M/L lockers, so hoping for some of that luck this year

I could see that, but EA said the large lockers include everyone from the 1st round draft. But EA may have also found a word loophole that means it’s a small chance lol

might have to keep grinding to have enough to open the Large lockers too

Too many nice cards.  Just need to find a 99 Will and Sam I like to have all 99’s (well tech CB2 is 98, love Mason and have 99’s behind him)

I still can’t bench Curtis. He has like 45 picks for me and got two more yesterday. I even moved him to CB2 to put Stukes at CB1 but almost all my interceptions are from Curtis still.

I got one XL locker so hopefully I get lucky lol I’ve played that 99 CPU event once all the way through no problem. Then last night I try to get in one more run and finish the first 3 games OK, one close call but still made it to the finals. In the finals, none of my abilities light up - and I had been using plat takeoff on two players strategically to feed them the ball.  I’m getting zero separation and feels like I’m just playing on hardcore mode but I still have the ball with 30 seconds left at their 8 yard line down 3 and I see my crosser finally get separation and start to hit pass but right as I release it one of the 5’9 CPU 99 CBs GUARDING SOMEONE ELSE closes a full 10-15 yards from the OPPOSSITE DIRECTION and turns my open TD pass into a hospital pass where he lays out of 260lb TE  while somehow also intercepting my pass. I didn’t even think a player could hit stick and intercept the ball at the same time. And the CPU knew just what opponent team to choose to add insult to injury. Part of me wants to avenge my loss and part of me never wants to play that event again lol

I’m not super optimistic on the quality of the lockers, but I hope I’m wrong! Also how the new draft players are better than the last two drops
