Conference Tours Failures

I was a fan of the Conference Tour idea, and while others have bashed it in prior weeks I have held the faith, but this week did me in. CUSA only has 12 teams so every team could easily be included. 15 players got cards, with 3 teams each having 3 players. That means 4 conference teams are not represented. That is just unacceptable. For the fans of teams in these smaller Group 5 conferences (CUSA, MAC, SBC, etc), this can be the only chance their fans get to add their own players. 

I mean, for Conference USA the top passer (both in yards and TDs) in the conference & top 15 in the nation wasn't in included in Conference Tour and isn't in Ultimate Team at all (is in dynasty so it is not a licensing issue). But we have tight ends, linebackers, and safeties in conference with three releases each. That's just poor planning and oversight to me.

I agree. Conference Tour should've featured at least 1 card from each team within the conference.

Granted, I don't know how player rights work with the NIL in comparison to something like the NFLPA. There could be something involved where players agree to their likeness being used in the core game/dynasty, but don't allow it to be used in UT. Or maybe UT requires a separate agreement so that's why EA recycles so many players as often as they do (that's just speculation, I have no idea if that's true or not).
