Champs Glitch - Win and Game doesn't register

So I win a game, and then it goes back to the Home Screen, and it's gone. Champs record is like the game didn't happen. Even got video evidence of the win. How does this keep happening and hasn't been patched. Any fixes?

Took a ride with EA support on this one and the results are laughable. Just said please look for any posts on our social media pages. And then was ghosted
