Champs and Gauntlet best way to make coins?

I can win 13-15 games in champs. Have not played Gauntlet yet. Is Champs the best way for me to earn coins?

Yes it is. If you get 16 Wins you get an entry open for the gauntlet.

Yeah only played one champs all the way through, might be able to get 16 once I learn the game more. Just wanting to know what the best way to get coins is

I think I would skip Gauntlet.  Seemed like the prizes are the same for both paths. If you take two losses in Gauntlet you're out whereas in Champs you get 20 matches guaranteed whenever it's open and available.
