Can someone tell me the name of this formation

So it’s a shotgun formation, 2 WRs to one side, 1 the other, HB in backfield and the TE tucked in behind the LOS. Can’t find it in the playbook database.

think its one of those wide slot left wk or wide slot right wk....only playbook I know is SMU, hope this helps

It’s not that one but you were close enough for me to find it! It’s Slot Left/Right! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
