What does the blue chip boost mean

War Eagle!!!! 

Its an older series of cards that give additiona boost, if they are in your active lineup. The reason the are still being used is you only need one card like Raylen Wilson who will boost all the active LBs.  Note: Only the LTDs (93 & 94) give the boost.
