really budget guy for sub lb is braden awls 95, you could probably put any 95+ safety in there with tackling stats and they would fare pretty well. I use brian branch.

Latham at RT, borderline best RT in game and if you use gamechanger strat with all the +10s and Oline for other strat I don't think there will be a better RT in the game all year
