The 95 Mendoza provides a boost to Blue Chip Offensive Lineman. There is no boost for Rivals players. If you search his card on this page itll explain the boosts.

There were some players from the Rivals program that had Unrivaled Chemistries (and the strat item gave +2) that gave boosts to the QB.

Certain players have an Unrivaled Chemistry that boosts your QB.

  • Tier 1 (5 Components)
    • +1 SPD, +2 SAC, +2 MAC, +2 DAC, +1 RUN, +1 PAC, +1 BSK, +1 TUP

- i bought 91  OVR Raymond, Green, and Jones then bought upgrade tokens to get them to 93 OVR.  I then bought the Rivals Strategy which is x2. When those items are in my lineup, my mendoza gets the boost.

To get them all it will be expensive and hard to find but they are In the rival’s announcement:

  • 93 Taylen Green | QB | Arkansas | Pistol
    • Starts at 91 OVR and can be upgraded to 93 OVR using Upgrade Tokens
