I’d say legends bnd have been the only ones where I can pull 99s. UD has been garbage, not sure if training pulls are worth it right now

Legends Training BND top one for me. Everything else is proceed with caution because youll spend 3x the amount you would had you just bought the card on Auction in 2 days.
