Who are the best players on the edge to use for consistent  shedding on pass plays out of 3 man front  ?

Also include any abilities that they may need

Patrick Payton is still a great pass rusher and is really cheap for his overall (he does struggle in the run game at times though).

Stars of the Season TJ Parker, Kyle Kennard, and Abdul Carter are also really great pass rushers.

I love Umanmielen (Payton as well) - with team/scheme chemistry boosted -  I use ends and DTs as my user. I love controlling the player rushing the QB.
