End around, speed option, rpo,qb draw, hitch routes, out, zigs are all on the table.   Get comfortable having several options ready based on what your opponent comes out in.

I like a RB out of the backfield on a flat route, especially try to flood from that side headed in the opposite direction (i.e. - 2 or 3 WR's/TE's headed left from the right side and the RB in the flat to the right)
