Been here since preorder 25, but always get gassed out by madden and 2k...Avoiding h2h til it's absolutely necessary, but caught off guard by the boosted 99s in the cpu event, I took 2 Ls figuring shit out. Gold strong grip on my entire offensive line. Qb draws works well as a switch up. On defense. I'm all in on pass defense. Sitting in prevent til it's time to midblitz. 5 game win streak.....
Short crossing passes, RB draws out of trips and inside zone runs also work well vs the CPU in that event.
First time I went 14-2, am 11-0 this time. Difficulty jumps up after the 5th win as it goes from All American difficulty to Heisman.
I’m only doing enough to fill the grad pass objectives. I did 2 H2H games but I hate H2H. Won the 1st, lost the 2nd 14-13 on a blocked xp. I actually got so nervous playing H2H as I never do it snd know I’m not that good. I’d rather play the 99 every stat CPU.
Same as you - re D, conservative with the odd single blitzer. Some games I’ve had to go to double TE a lot.

Could just be me but cut 27 removing speed from Theme Team Boosts changes alot for me, makes these crossover players more important than ever. Based on the grind, this James Harrison should be good.

I don’t do theme teams so not a worry for me - I just like to use players I like and any half usable Buffalo players.
This will be my first game doing UT from the beginning, imagine the 85 should be pretty usable for a couple of months. I hope the player bumps are slower in 27, I did not like how early 99’s hit this year. I started around Christmas time and there were already 95’s everywhere snd 96 LTDs.
