Has anyone been able to get auction house access back after ban? Didn’t realize the coin websites the youtubers advertise would get me banned - my fault fs but
Buying from coin site you are most certainly unlikely to get your coins back. With that said it's still EAs fault. They let the content creators promote this nonsense. It's in their terms of service.
Most players think its the only way to get coins. EA doesn't really make it clear.
When you first click on Ultimate Team. In giant text this should be explained.
There are a ton of people banned for unknown reasons that have never been re-instated (never bought or sold coins) - so it is unlikely you will have better luck if you actually did buy coins.
Best of luck though! i would hope they would start giving warnings - actually telling people "you can't do this" before they issue a total ban (but that is not how they work).
Maybe someday they will realize how many players they are pushing away and they'll change their policy.
No chance in hell. They have had me AH banned and coin wiped for ,"Coin Distribution" for about a month now. I have never bought or sold coins in my life, and I have a 10+ year account history. They do not care at all. If you bought coins you are definitely staying banned, because they already refuse to help the ones who were falsely banned.
I just got a email saying I violated terms of service and I have never bought or sold coins. I have spent thousands on packs. EA will be losing a good customer because of this bs.

Agreed for sure

Good luck man - that’s even worse the ban problem when you haven’t even done anything wrong. Losing good customers like you left and right.

Yea it’s crazy how they refuse to help people that didn’t even do anything wrong. Terrible.

Thanks man - yea looks like I’ll be hanging up the cleats this year. They have a lot of things to fix.
Last year was my first time to play Ultimate Team and I kept seeing all these players in the Auction House for so much coin and I couldn't understand how any one had that much coin to spend so quickly - I saw the ads for coin and thought, oh, that's how people already have so much coin - luckily I researched before going that route, thanks CFB.FAN, and read you could get banned.
EA definitely should make it VERY clear that it will get you banned for buying coin.
If they are banning people falsely now for getting a card legitimately, selling very high, then getting banned because the price of that card dropped and it looks like coin distribution - then set max values for all cards to eliminate
All EA cares about is getting people to spend real $ on the packs in the store. They don't care about the people banned erroneously because those people don't tend to spend $ in the store (because they have figured out how to build a good team using the AH). They want those people banned (even wrongly) for 2 reasons. 1) it discourages others to work the AH because you could catch a ban, even for run of the mill buying/selling. 2) Once you're AH banned the only way for you to get cards, should you continue to play, is to buy packs. If you quit CUT/MUT - no loss to them because you weren't a spender anyway (generally speaking).
Based on how quickly they fix coin glitches/mistakes compared to gameplay issues this is all very obvious. I hope a competitor comes along soon.

100%. Total garbage company. Still no results for me. I can't even get a reply that's not copy/pasted general cheating nonsense. They unbanned Slayin fast, because of the bad publicity, but they do not care about us normal folks. Glad Slayin got unbanned, but EA is dirty.
