What's the cheapest way to get a 99 ovr FB? I don't care if they're trash I just want a 99 ovr team. I know the dynasty guy. But is there any other way?

You can buy Celek TE for around 480K ... then put him at FB and he is 98 there.
Then use strat cards to get him to 99.
I use What If? Ground & Pound and OL Off. Strategy I think Str & Conditioning would work too. There might be other combos too.

I think the only 99 OVR FB you can get is if you upgrade the Ultimate Dynasty welcome pack FB card. You can get TE Brent Celek and hes a 98 if you put him at FB and then use strat cards or something to get him to 99 OVR like someone else said.

I managed to get Joey Bearns III up to a 99 with a 50/50 theme and scheme (air raid in this case)team, along with the +3 catching/+3 kick accuracy strat card.
