93 Trade Up Set is broken

I went to add two 93’s to receive a 94 in the Trade Up Set and my game is currently been stuck for 13 minutes now.
Added one 93 and when I clicked on the second 93 to add the set it just froze. Music still playing. Just cant do anything. Can’t back out on item screen since trying to add the second 93.

I hate to just press the PS button to get to the PlayStation home screen and just close the game, but it looks like that’s all I can do.
has anyone else experienced this?
