My team is 92 overall with 76 O and 80 D ...

How are O and D overall calculated? I keep going up against teams with 90 on O and 90 on D.

What team do you play with? 

The overall in the first screen is reflective of your actual CUTeam, the O and D are the offline versions of that team so if your playing with a favorite team that is a g5 or weaker p5 that could explain it.
