I can't believe how long I played this year and I agree with you.  It has nothing to do with the game but when football stops I usually lose some interest in these games but CUT did a great job.  Bo Jackson and a couple of other cards kept me going strong.  I have more fun with new players, trying new playbooks, and playing as different teams;  Otherwise this game would get really stale.  I hope they continue to get some great names for 27 like Barry Sanders, Jim Kelly,  or other classic players in the fold.  This game is almost like a version of fantasy football it gets me interested in watching other programs which outside of the Big Ten and SEC I watched very little of the other conferences until I played this.

I wish CUT could find something like Salary Cap mode used to be on MUT. Each team was unique and each game was balanced. True competitive gaming.

I guess they are kind of doing that in Dynasty mode with school budgets and NIL.  Fixed amount to spend across facilities, coaches, players etc.

Could be interesting, I too enjoyed the old madden franchise modes with salary caps etc

I am not talking a salary cap within franchise, MUT used to have a SC mode. Each player had a salary cost and each season had a salary cap. It was ranked and was used to qualify for tournaments. It matched you up based off of actual skill level, so you played most opponents that were close to your rank.

Does anyone know if pc is gonna be crossplay? Saw bleacher say it is but somebody said they heard that it wouldn't be.

If I don't get a +1 speed for team scheme, I'm going to go back to picking all of the tallest players/favorite names again.  27 might be more fun doing this way.

Now the Evo players and whatever other players they have now should be very interesting.  Out of the gates our crossover players and preorder content players are going to be dope for an 85 max player catalog.

I know in 25, I used the 81 Travis Hunter and 81 Jaxson Dart cards for months that you get on Day 1.  Hunter was the cover athlete and Dart was from picking Ole Miss as my orientation team pack.

I'm going to pick Ole Miss again this year obviously, hopefully I will get a Trinidad Chambliss or Kewan Lacy 81-83 overall on Day 1 that I can use for months as well!
