Custom Team (Team Builder)

I've been trying to decide what team I will be creating first in Team Builder. Long story short, I can’t pick. 

   I currently coach at a high school in Central Florida and may recreate the program into a college team

  I am also attending a college connected to UCF and they don’t have a football team (or any team for that matter).

  My third option is to create the “Orlando Academy of Sports” in which the mascot would be “Dirty Birds” 

if you want, answer 1, 2, or 3 to help me decide what I should do first. If you have any more recommendations, feel free to answer “4” and what it is.

My alma mater does not have a football program, but I worked closely with the athletics director there and have the actual official colors and assets for my university-- planning on starting with them.

After that, I have a repeating franchise I make in NBA2k MyNBA/MyLeague that I would like the bring to the football world.
