how to stop cpu heisman !!!

I'm in multiple leagues that have cool down plays and limits. I cant run mid blitz every play. I know that's going to be recommended. I'm always in shootouts against cpu. What defense do yall run to slow them down and force turnovers? ??

I messed with the sliders a lil to make it more realistic and that helped a lot. Just don't over do it with the sliders bc then they cant score at all
