I saw you can play it offline and online.Is online play h2h like Cut?

It will depend on the week's matchup. Think of it more like Madden Franchise instead of Ultimate Team. Let's say you are in the SEC, and users are controlling Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. If Alabama is playing Georgia that week, then it'll be an online H2H matchup. If Tennessee is playing Mizzou, then that would be an offline matchup for whoever controls Tennessee.
