Yes, +1 SPD, +1 ACC,  +1 AWA, +1  CTH and 26 others. It has attribute boosts for all offensive positions.

I just noticed that replacing the Graduate Assistant strategy item with Offensive Coordinator bumped my FB, Hayden Large, up to 99 overall.

I picked the Offensive Coordinator item and it applies to offensive players and it adds +1  to 30 different attributes.
