You can get 99 overall players in every position now (including FB, P, and K) with the Ultimate Dynasty program. Just takes a good amount of coins.

Yeah, it's about the same rate. ~1k coins per 100 trophies.
I opened 12.3k trophies and got 124.5k coins or so.
