Are you out of luck of getting Williams if you accidentally quick sold a set piece to unlock him? I did this sometime ago.

Anyone else noticing when you try and enter Events it just kicks you out to main screen?

I am stuck on 9 games played for transfer debut. I’ve played well more than 10 games and it’s not giving me the reward, anyone else having this issue?
