A new drop of Rising the Ranks went live in CUT today, honoring some of this week’s top performances. It features 93 OVR LTD Theo Melin Ohrstrom, 92 OVR LaNorris Sellers, and 92 OVR T.J. Parker. Theo Melin Ohrstrom helped his Texas A&M Aggies defeat the New Mexico State Lobos by a score of 38-7. He contributed 111 yards receiving on five receptions. Both of these marked a new career high for him.
LaNorris Sellers had a career day as he led his South Carolina Gamecocks to a victory over the Missouri Tigers. Sellers threw for 353 yards and five touchdowns, both career-highs for him. His performance was enough to earn him the Walter Camp National Player of the Week honors.
T.J. Parker was a force to be reckoned with this week as his Clemson Tigers took down the Pittsburgh Panthers. Parker recorded 5.0 tackles for a loss, 4.0 sacks, one pass breakup, and one forced fumble. His 4.0 sacks tied the Clemson school record. This dominant performance earned him National Defensive Player of the Week honors.
