Polar Vortex is targeted to go live later today at 1:30 PM ET. This week's CFB Rundown was an early one, revealing the new Polar Vortex program. Once the program goes live, you can expect a Welcome Pack with an upgradable E.J. Lightsey. The program brings new weekly 'boss fights,' strategy items, challenges, and more!

Welcome Pack Player
When you log in to CUT once Polar Vortex goes live, you'll receive a welcome pack containing E.J. Lightsey. Earn Polar Vortex Upgrade Tokens from each week's boss fight to upgrade Lightsey +1 OVR, up to 95 OVR. More information about the Weekly boss fights is further below.

Polar Vortex Boss Fights
Boss Key
One Boss key can be obtained per week by completing challenges. Using that key, you can unlock that week's Boss Fight.
Boss Fight
There will be one Boss Fight per week. Completing these boss fights to earn Upgrade Tokens for E.J. Lightsey and the following rewards:
Polar Vortex Strategy Item
The Turbo Arm Strategy Item is NOT available to earn until Vol. 2 of the program. To complete the set for the Strat item, you'll need to complete Tiers 5-7 of the challenge rewards to get the Gear, Bolt, and Screw. The Strat item gives +1 THP and +1 SAC.
Polar Vortex Challenges
Ten new challenges will be released each week of the program. Complete all challenges for the following rewards:
Polar Vortex Collection Sets
Each week during the program, if you collect all of that week's Champs, Heroes, and Elites, you can complete a set to receive that week's Token. Collect all four tokens and complete the Collection set for a 500,000 Coin Quicksell item.
