We have three brand new Legends that made their CUT debut today. Starting with the LTD, we have 92 OVR Manti Te’o from the University of Notre Dame. Te’o played for Notre Dame from 2009-2012, where he was one of the most dominant defensive players in college history. He almost pulled off the impossible in 2012 after finishing runner-up to Johnny Manziel for the Heisman Trophy. He would have become just the 2nd defensive player in history to win the award.
We also have 91 OVR Braylon Edwards, who attended the University of Michigan from 2001-2004. Edwards set numerous school and conference records throughout his career at Michigan, including the most receiving touchdowns in Big 10 history. He went on the be drafted third overall in the 2005 NFL Draft to the Clevland Browns.
Our final Legend for today is 91 OVR Terrell Suggs. He played for the Arizona State Sun Devils from 2000-2002. In his Junior Season, Suggs set an NCAA single-season record with 24 sacks that year. Following that 2002 Junior season, he was named Pac-10 Defensive Player of the Year.
