*Edit* back up for the most part but still choppy at times.
Out this morning. Seriously.. why does EA have such a struggle with this? A week ago CoD servers went down for a couple hours, players expressed frustration, it was all over the news, but they kept the public informed on the status. Why???
I stand corrected. Servers in fact down, still. Kicked out in the middle of a game this morning. ’Maddening’ - pun slightly intended but unfortunately fitting.

I hope things improve, but i am sitting here absolutely tickled with myself, because it feels liek all of this should have been obvious from miles away. EA has a few decent ideas from time to time, but i've never known them to be competent or able to execute on whatever vision they might have.
However, basic server stability or even being able to keep things online, that should NEVER be an issue in the modern era with how quickly and easily additional resources can be spun up. I assume it's some combination of being too cheap / inept, but my goodness. What an absolute mess.

Wow. I am not the only one.
I read a headline the other day that with their 700k-something users already they grossed like $70 mil already. One would assume they would run tests on their servers to handle the traffic based on presale. Guess not. Huge leadership problem sounds like to me combined with complacency.
