How do I consistently make coins with a bad team

I haven't found a good way to make coins and its annoying since the only way you can win in this game is with meta players which I'm unable to afford.Head 2 Head was my main source but then i kept on getting promoted and am playing kids who have 92 ovr lineups and I'm unable to keep up. The field pass literally has no way of getting XP, and it takes me every couple of weeks to make actual progress.

Can anyone tell me if I'm js bad and its a skill issue or does anyone have any coin-making methods which isnt flipping  cards to make an 82 coin profit.

I wish this forum had a search feature because this question comes up pretty often and we have had some good responses.

To somewhat sum up the other posts: The consensus is to grind solo seasons, which since they have removed AA you get a little less bang for your buck, about 15200 per season plus a pack. If you quit on the national championship you will get 3500 coins which is arguably better than the pack in almost all cases, so a season you are reeling in 18700, which could get you a few upgrades off just a season. To be most efficient you just run the ball and clock chew, dont score in the first half and kick a field goal as time expires. You can get through a season in about an hour and a half this way. The tough part is you dont really get better grinding this mode. It's a great place to try new playbooks/plays. 

The next best option is champs, they typically do a good job of pairing you with the same level players (IMO, I am consistently .500 and not a great player) if you manage to get 10 wins you get a cool 50k, 7 wins gets you 28k which could get you 1-2 upgrades.

For the h2h seasons you are just going to have to play the relegation game. Lose 3 in the higher tier and drop down and try to win another NC, get promoted then repeat.
