How do I get to 50/50 for a team chemistry?

I am currently at 47/50 for a team chemistry, but I have all 50 players with the same unlocked team chemistry. On offense and defense I have 50 unique players, no duplicates in other positions. 

I have no idea what I am missing here. Any guidance is helpful. Thank you!

so I found out my issue was that I had 3 players out of position, a FS playing SS, a corner as a backup safety, and a LE as a backup OLB. Fixing that fixed it.
