I just got back into cut after taking a break to play mut, any tios to rebuild the team? Or any suggested budget beasts?

Id love to help you out, but Its really tough to say without being able to see your team honestly.

heres my offense to start, Bnd sawyer robertson qb, auctionable ashton jeanty 88 rb, wrs: bnd devonta smith 87, 85 desmond howard, 87 restrepo, O-line all 83 besides one 87

Ok, that's honestly not terrible for just getting started. You're good at QB and RB, plus Devonta and Restrepo aren't bad WRs, so I'd really focus on getting a true WR1 that's at least an 89 OVR or just keep playing the Solo Seasons Event to boost Restrepo up to a 92 OVR and then pick up another 87-88 to replace him at WR2-3. After that, I'd try to get at least an 86-87 OVR at all of your O-Line positions. I'm not sure what your TE looks like, but once you get the bigger holes filled I mentioned, then you can worry about slowly upgrading QB and RB. I'm saying all this without ever seeing your defense or anything, so it is kind of tough to say still, but I'm just going off the info I have.
