Hoping this thread can prompt a few helpful methods of grinding coins in CUT. As of now, I pretty much grind Solo Seasons, Solo Battles & flip Cards wherever possible. This hasn’t yielded much return gold-wise, but I’ve stacked about 100 of the Conference Packs from the Solo Seasons events. Any other methods?
I don’t know your skill level but H2H Seasons gifts the most rewards by far. Especially if you win some nattys.

Sorry for the long post but I saw your bump so I figured you were looking for more info so here we go:
I started a quest for a million coins last Sunday and here is what I am doing to get there. Warning: Its a long slow grind.
It's a combination of Solo Seasons on All American, Champs and H2H Seasons. I will start off with the easiest/safest/most boring method and work up from there.
1. Solo Seasons on All-American: The skill level needed for this is essentially a beating heart and about an hour and a half of time. If you go 8-0 you will come out with 17200 coins and 2 packs with 4 players each.
I will put on chew clock and run the ball 8-9 times to get to half, then waste clock in the second half and stop the clock at 2 seconds, then kick a FG to end the game. If you score in the first half the computer will spend time outs and it takes a bit longer.
Depending on how much time you play you can knock out a season in about an hour and a half. About 10 minutes a game. I can finish one after work and on slow weeks I will get through 5 in a work week. So that's 86,000 and 40 cards. If you can manage 1 a day at the end of the week you will have 120400. For the cards you rarely get anything over an 80, lately I have been quick selling for training and buying a training pack from the market, then I will typically auction that player. When my team was not as strong I would use sets to ladder up to the higher overall but now I am okay with my team in general I am not getting help from the sets anymore.
The lowest overall OUAT Legends will get you around 17k , Homecoming is about 12k and Field Phenoms around 10k. The prices of those packs have gone up a lot, they were around 2k, but now are 4.5k+, so it will take you a few Solo Seasons to stack up the training.
Other than the grind the other downside to this method is you are not getting any better at the game.
2. Champs
I would say I am an average skill level player. The last three Champs I have done I have gone 10-10, 11-9, and 11-9. If you're able to get to ten wins you come away with 50000 and a pack of 4 cards. These cards IMO are typically a BIT better than the Solo Seasons, but you're still not getting much. My strategy is typically to wait a few days before I jump into those games because at the beginning it is a lot of good players trying to get the Gauntlet token and if you wait too long the competition seems a bit tougher. The down side to this (or upside) is you rely on the servers and the roll of the dice on who you match up against. Id say I am about .500 when it comes to W-L because a lost connection. Ive been booted while winning and had the opponent lose connection when I am losing.
Games take a lot longer obviously and some get out of hand, I never quit which does not help with time commitment, which may piss people off but I use it as a chance to get better. Can't get better quitting. So if you are able to go .500 in the 20 games your getting at minimum 50k. + 500 per win (unless they disconnect, I have got nothing quite a few times) and 200 for a loss. In a perfect session you could walk away with 57000.
3. Head To Head Solo Seasons
The tricky part with this method is promotion, the better you do the more coins you will get, but then you will play tougher competition the next round. There might be a sweet spot on purposefully losing to stay in the right division but I haven't played around with it too much. I also dont want to play a game to lose. In my most recent season I went 5-0 in the regular season and they were all 1 score games. Before that I went 2-3 and stayed in the same division. After my most recent season I came away with 9300 coins (2 quit so I didn't get those 600 for the win like I mentioned before) I got demolished in the playoffs and got an extra 4200 for completing the season. But now I am a level up and those 1 score games will likely not be next season. In total I earned 13500 for 6 games. About what I would get in a Solo Season.
The benefit is your playing people around the same level as you so you can improve and hopefully get up to 13 wins in Champs.
4. Bonus Idea: Auction House Manipulation
Ive not tried this but the idea is there. The market will crash when new cards are announced, if you watch it for a few weeks you can see what card promos drop and when they drop in price. Sell your higher priced cards the day or two before it drops, then rebuy them after the crash. Ive heard a lot of people mention this method but the risk is your card may not drop and if it is someone you like you may end up losing coins to get them back. You can make decent coins doing this but the risk is quite high if you misjudge. The major cards will typically get to around 100k after 2 weeks anyway, so that's just a week of Solo Seasons. But the who to sell strategy will be based on your team really.
Hope this helps, and I am curious if anyone else has methods I didn't talk about.
Cheers.

Yo! Check your DMs! Thanks so much, for real.
Late to this, but All American seasons are good, takes a little over an hour for a whole season if you chew clock and fly through the games Like the other guy said, only score one field goal & Run mid blitz on defense and the computer rarely ever gets a first down. Whole season can usually get you 20-25k depending on what your pulls are in the field goal packs. If your team is good and you can be competitive in H2H, H2H seasons is awesome. I play in ”All American” and as long as you make the playoffs you get a victory formation pack for getting promoted to Heisman & like 15k coins for the season itself. Once I’m in Heisman I quit 3 straight games to go back to AA. I have a lot more fun doing this than grinding coins against the CPU
If you’re having a tough time with H2H then solo seasons is the single best way to make coin. The one time I saved up 42 packs I made 800k off them. I obviously got pretty lucky but opening a bunch at once you’ll get something most likely. off all the season I won to get those plus the content in packs prob made about 1.2 mil
**this was prob after 2-3 weeks of grinding solo seasons somewhat regularly
Honestly it’s buying a bundle. I’d much rather spend $100 then two weeks grinding against the computer on solo seasons over and over and over and over to make a few coins. $100 is worth less to me than 2 weeks of my free time.
